Wooloomooloo Prime presents the serious steak lover with the next level of our fine beef selection. Our restaurants made their reputations from premium Australian Black Angus beef, grain fed for 150 days, but Wooloomooloo Prime offers an even more versatile selection. Linger over 200 days grain fed Australian steaks as well as other selected cuts from the United States ranging from 10oz cuts to hearty 20oz cuts. Other delicate options include fresh seafood towers and luscious steak tartare.

With a more elevated menu, the restaurant features elegant surroundings to match. Half of the 10,000 sq. ft. floor plan houses our dining room with an open kitchen, together with a large and comprehensive wine rack to greet visiting diners.

Our lounge comprises the other half with dark wood furnishings that frames a stunning 270-degree view of the surrounding metropolis. Simply step outside to our terrace for a moment of serenity and savor the spectacular views of Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbor.

There is no better way to end the afternoon than with a sundowner in hand as you watch the sunset. The terrace of Wooloomooloo Prime (TST) is the perfect place to sip on a glass of fine wine or cocktail as the sun starts to set over Hong Kong's stunning skyline. Starting on November 1st, daily from 5pm to 7:30pm, complimentary canapes are served to make the Sundown Sessions even more delightful.
