Wooloomooloo Steakhouse partners Robert Mondavi Winery for a six-course wine dinner, with every course paired with a Robert Mondavi wine.
The evening builds to the Robert Mondavi, To Kalon Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2021, paired with our USDA Prime Ribeye, the top 2% of all beef produced in the United States.
About To Kalon
Taken from the Greek for “the highest beauty,” To Kalon is one of Napa Valley’s most storied vineyards. It sits in Oakville, and its vines were first planted in the 1860s. Robert Mondavi began acquiring it in the 1960s and helped make its name worldwide. Cabernet Sauvignon from To Kalon is known for its depth, structure, and elegance. This is a rare chance to taste it at the table.
